4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
  • We accept payment methods as listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via Aramex at a standard rate of R90, unless free shipping conditions are met.
  • Estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Glaze & Glam Co. is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
